Stand with survivors. Your leadership makes our mission possible.

At the Houston Area Women’s Center, the need for survivor support doesn’t take days off — and neither do we. That’s why in 2026, we’re evolving our Leadership Campaign into something bigger: a year-round fundraising initiative that finally matches the 365-day reality of our work.

This isn’t just a change in strategy. It’s a commitment. A commitment that survivors deserve consistent, unwavering support — not just during a campaign season, but every single day of the year.

We’ve spent years learning what it truly takes to sustain excellence in crisis services. We’re building the funding infrastructure to match it, and we need leaders like you to make it happen.

Your support doesn’t just fund our mission — it is our mission. Together, we can ensure that every survivor who reaches out finds us ready, resourced, and there.

Be the reason someone finds safety. Join our Leadership Society.

Your gift supports our transformative new campus where survivors of domestic and sexual violence can access everything they need to heal and rebuild: temporary supportive housing, 24/7 crisis support, counseling, legal advocacy, childcare, economic empowerment, and more.

Its impact is enormous, and so are its operating costs.

With public funding in flux, your leadership gift is not only impactful—it’s essential.

Won’t you join us? Every dollar makes a difference.
