A bold public initiative to address the spike in domestic violence reports during the COVID-19 public health crisis through a partnership with Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, District C Council member Abbie Kamin, the Houston Police Department, the Harris County Domestic Violence Coordinating Council, and the Houston Area Women’s Center.
